Unfit for purpose
Poorly made, arrived with 1 of the 4 screws broken. Does not fit the stand that it is "recommended" with as the holes are too small for the screws that come with the stand and the screws provided with the speed bag are too small to secure the holding plate. Do not buy if you have the RDX stand
