Great eq pedal.
Never going to be the most exciting pedal on your board but probably the most versatile. Can use as a simple volume boost or cut or completely change the tone of your amp and pedals. Expensive for what it is but feels well built and for tone chasers the possibilities are vast.

Buy it. Low(ish) noise for an eq and massive scope and range of sounds
The media could not be loaded. Fantastic bit of kit totally overlooked and underrated by players including me until recently...So I'm a signed pro player just signed in the USA (I'm originally British) and so my advance has been bringing me new pedals and what not which is blessings right? Praise God!So I was letting Dagan of PMTV sell me on kit lol... Because he's so damn good at it... If you know you'll know your bank account drains when you've listened to him lol....So the eq came about in conversation.... Never used one.... What a fool I am....Now I have the 10 band (more versatile and range to play with) but this is sick man, it's ideal especially if you just want certain sounds altering and if board space and funds are a thing for you, as it's compact and imo very nicely priced for what it does. It's well built and functions amazingly and so imo excellent value for money. It's easy to use too being a 6bander, I keep my lows trimmed low and my mids mid-high and my highs slightly above middle on my Gibson les Paul, slash November burst and with my ZVEX box of rock it sounds super sexy! Amazing tones!!Eqs are notoriously noisy creatures... You will want a decent noise gate. I recommend the decimater 2 as you'll see on my temp board lol (it's just while in experimenting with new pedals playing with my contract advance-it isn't my actual finished board lol)But as far Eqs goes, this is by far quieter than others, I tried the joyo and behringer and they were vile for noise, though the joyo had 10 bands I think and the tones were awesome and was much cheaper but I just CBa with the noise from them. The noise on this is much better to control and even without a gate it's less than other brands, noticeably too, so I'd totally recommend it just for noise reduction in your chain.I may keep this, have my 10 band as my main, then use this for the tele tones I like for some songs, so I can switch between guitar sounds while remaining on my les Paul lol.... I do also have a beautiful fender jazzmaster vintera 62 that everyone keeps trying to buy off me though and that gives me mucho different tones without an eq so.... It's all surplus lmao....Buy it though if you can afford it. 6 bands are enough for a guitar player easily. And rhs difference in altering each band a tiny tiny bit is big! You can get all kinds of guitar tones and sounds from it and imo it should be one of your first pedals to invest in! Noise gate, compressor then the rest lolListen to it in the video and tell me if you think it's worth having?

The pedal I didn’t know I needed.
Excellent product. Can’t believe the difference this makes to my acoustic guitar sound. Great design and build quality. Highly recommended.

Does what it says
Low noise high quality sound and compatible with a 9v supply. What more could you need.Only criticism is that the unit is very light and a bit prone to floor movement- but overall A1

Essential for tone shaping! EPIC for Metal
Well for starters, £85!!!!! When it's at least £99 everywhere else and slowly rising. If you're looking for that extra scoop or high end push, this little badboy delivers in spades! The tonal difference when the EQ is engaged is MEGA. Very happy with the purchase. If you need an EQ, you'd be mad not to grab this for 85 while you can imo

Cool EQ
It does what it's meant to do. I'm sure the cheaper brands are just as good but this one looks cool with the blue lights on the faders. Lots of boost available.

Utterly pointless
I cannot stress the amount of incredible loud noise that this pedal creates. Not even placing the MXR Smart Gate immediately after it with all settings on max prevented it from constantly emitting loud hissing.
