Q: Can i change the router settings to support another vpn provider?

It's a Mikrotik hap-lite and so runs RouterOS. LibertyShield have installed their own script which runs on top of RouterOS and cannot be removed with a factory reset. However, if you are familiar with Mikrotik hardware, you can flash a fresh, blank, installation and then re-program it yourself. You cannot run anything other than RouterOS on it.

Q: Will this work to unblock a sky now box when accessing from France without any additional config required? One answer said it needs a bridge too?

Sorry do you mean you wish to use your Now TV box in France if so yes our VPN router are compatible. We pre install your VPN settings onto a high spec router so that you can simply plug it in to your home network via the cable provided and connect any and all devices either via WiFi or LAN cable. Any connected device is automatically connected to the VPN connection. Its always on and always secure! Whether you want to connect your Smart TV, xBox, NowTV, Sky TV box or PC and laptop.
