MSR Expedition Simple Screw Top Replacment Fuel Bottle Cap, Black

I bought the cap as a replacement - the rubber O-ring on the one that came with the bottle years ago had perished. If this one lasts as long. I shall be very pleased.

I Bought two of these to replace the original caps on a pair of cheap GoSystems fuel bottles that were degraded by unleaded petrol. These MSR expedition style caps fit the GoSystems bottles and my Sigg bottles fine and seem to be well made and durable.Please note that the MSR child resistant caps will not fit the GoSystems bottles, not will they fit Sigg or Primus fuel bottles as the MSR bottles seem to have a filler / pouring aperture, that has a narrower outer diameter that other brands and the black child resistant part of those caps will not fit over the neck of the bottle, preventing the o-ring from sealing and allowing the contents to leak.
