Would this set be compatble with openplc running on a raspberry pi 3b+, as i would like to lean plc ladder programming

I have bought a pi 4 which is in a case with a fan connecte to the board. Can the gpio cable stil be connected or will i need to disconnect the fan?

If you can connect to the g-io pins you do not need to disconnect the fan. If not remove the fan
