These worked really well, I enjoyed using them.

Bought this originally on sale at Target just to try. This is the ONLY thing that seems to work for my teenage son with illness anxiety disorder and general anxiety disorder. Actual medication worked for awhile and then suddenly made things worse. Other OTC anxiety supplements, etc. didn't do much or didn't work for too long. This is just the perfect proprietary blend for him. It's all herbal and 100 natural, so that's a great bonus!

I actually like these but you have to be consistent with taking them in order to achieve full results.

I have definitely felt the difference after taking it.A little more relaxed and stuff did not bother me as much. Wether is placebo or for real I don't care :)

This is amazing for an over the counter anxiety medicine! It helps give a calm feeling within minutes and I do not stay on it regularly! Best one I have ever taken

I honestly don't notice a difference with many supplements, especially those claiming to reduce anxiety, relieve stress, etc., but this has really impressed me! I've tried similar supplements and find that most either don't have a noticeable effect, or they make me feel a bit fuzzy/drowsy and I can't take them until I'm done working for the day, which yields them pretty unhelpful in helping with my stress seeing as most of it is due to work. These Welly ones are some of the few I've found actually work for me!I did some research on the ingredients and found plenty of science to back that they actually help manage stress, and it's great to have multiple effective ingredients combined into one pill. These were a great size (smaller than the advil/tylenol liquid gels), and very easy to swallow. I definitely notice a reduction in my anxiety and a calmer mind when I take these, but they don't make me feel drowsy or fuzzy at all, so I can take them in the mornings before work and have no issues, which I love! The dosage is 2 pills, which I actually like because I can take 2 for more stressful days or just 1 on days where I'm not s stressed but still need some help.Overall, I'm a huge fan and would definitely recommend!

Some days I just need a little extra support to deal with my boys (husband included). These help me relax so I can keep going and not hulk out on them. They don't leave me feeling floaty or off.

If you are looking for something to calm your nerves...this is it. I was disappointed when target stop carrying this product...happu to amazon has it...
