Used these for quite a while and they work perfectly. Note do not contain sodium which you can have too much of

It does help but it’s a bit pricey, I used peppermint oil capsules and they work wonders better than this ones and I could get 240 capsules for ten pounds

Best for wind and flatulence
Very small tablets, BUT, the best I’ve ever used for wind. I suffer quite a lot from very painful trapped wind. MyHusband bought these locally, and they were excellent! Tried to find them again, but they were sold out. However, I was browsing the web for them and they popped up on Amazon! Absolutely Delighted!
