Is this reusable/washable? Or just a few time application product like their mitts?

I have used a few times with sun cream and washed each time used and seems good as new each time.

What is the blue side for?

It's a different sponge texture. From what I recall the blue was thicker and softer (more like a kitchen sponge) and the black was thinner.

Can this be used with suncream to apply to your back?
