Vital item!
I find these are vital for everyday use for mild to moderate incontinence. Sanitary pads won't do the job and Tena pads are good to have sometimes but these are the absolute gold standard. I feel reassured ans also they're very comfortable.I'm a UK size 12-14 and buy medium and that fits very well.

Sizing changes?
I've been buying these regularly for a relative but the last 2 packets have changed. No purple flower pattern on the pants and they are so much bigger! I queried this with the seller and was sent a link to Tena which says they have changed the packaging. Not impressed. Having to look around for alternative now
