They are adjustable to size
Love these whelping colors my puppies had it on since they was like 4 weeks old it's easy to identify each puppy and teaches them about wearing a collar and it is adjustable so they get used to wearing a collar. The puppies are 10 weeks old now and still wear a the welping collar fits them perfectly

Not safe!
I put these on 3 of my 8 week old Yorkie puppies and after a day one puppy had part of the collar in her mouth pulling her jaw back. Another puppy had his front leg through the collar. Needless to say I couldn't leave the collars on them.

Perfect for new puppies
These worked perfectly from the moment they we're born. We used yarn before they arrived in the mail. Shipping was next day. Only issue is they become loose after you hand wash them. The fabric loses its stiffness and the knots started to loosen. Got us through till they could fit in collars at 6 weeks.
