I recommend it
It works. It's not a 100% perfect fit for my AC unit, but made it work.My AC's side track is slightly bigger than the Amazon's accordion frame. I was worried it might pop off, but made it work somehow.I wish the order included some adhesive or the foam strips. However, the product mentioned frame & panel only so that is what I got.I recommend this.

Good enough for me
Not really their fault I guess but it did not fit my air conditioner. I had to take the panels apart cut down the webbing and put it in the old panels so it would fit my unit. Other than that they seem to be built just as well as any OEM panel

Fits well
These were an exact fit to my AC. I was in need of one because my husband broke it when pulling it out of the window. Now I do not have to worry about any thing coming in or out of my house next to my AC.

Product does function well
Fit is great, function great but had to buy double back tape for the end to attach to side of AC. I thought it was included.

Not Universal
Not universal. The size was perfect but all the parts that slide onto the ac did not fit at all. Not to mention that the item disappeared in transit when I ordered next day shipping and I waited through the peak of summer heat for this to come.
