I would not say I got energy for 7 hours like it advertised it worked amazing for 4-6 hours. The flavor is not the best so you just want to quickly shoot it. The labeling is also very confusing so I had to do some research. It says two servings and implies it is 260 mg per serving but I am pretty sure it is per bottle. It says two servings of 1.97 oz but the entire bottle is 1.97 oz so it is just 1 serving which makes a lot more sense. I would recommend this for a quick burst of energy, I have tried others that made me more tired but this one actually worked.

Despite the fact that the bottle says "#1 Great Taste", the taste is intolerable. I ordered the orange flavored and it tastes like pure chemicals. Maybe a different flavor tastes better. I don't know.

The first time I only drank half because the label was confusing but I think the full bottle is actually one serving.Price is pretty similar to the ones you buy in person so it’s not a great deal just about the same.

You get what you pay for. It does the job. But doesn't taste all that great.

Don’t know how they were able to sell with such a lie about being great in taste, but they obviously have no taste buds! Did it help with energy levels? Somewhat. So hard to choke down though that it’s not worth it!

I had one in the morning in substitution for my cup of coffee I loved it. Kept me going all day long with no jitters and no hard let down. Not an every day drink shot, but on those days you just need that little extra push this worked great for me. The smooth flavor and goes down quick. Portable, so you have it when you need it.

I bought these because I didn't have my subscription of the extra strength wouldn't get here in time so I just got these and BOY these are nasty the taste it was a waste of money for me I'll stick to my regular I live by the extra strength vitamin energy extra strength orange shot now those are very tasteful and I live by them I can back them up never again

I work overnights and sometimes need a boost. I do not like energy drinks but i needed something better than coffee. This gives me just the boost I need to get through the 9 hours. I only drink 1/3 at a time to prolong its use and it works great for me. My husband also uses these to give him a boost when needed. The flavor was okay but doable.
