Great suit for the money. I usually wear an XL, but went with the 2XL. I'm 6'2", was 221lbs; BMI 28.2 (now down to 192lbs with a BMI of 19.2); it fits perfectly. I suggest wearing light spandex and a dry-fit shirt underneath. This is not a suit for stretching or doing things like lunges, etc. The interior sticks to bare skin; you will absolutely tear it. If you want to stretch and get a good sweat, wear winter spandex and a running shirt. Make sure to stay hydrated as you will sweat profusely. I usually drink organic coconut water while I workout using this suit. It's much better than water or sports drinks. I have no complaints; it's well-made and works as advertised. Would highly recommend.

So far so good. Works well.I’m 6’, 216 lbs and bought the XL and it’s damn near perfect fit. Little snug in the shoulders but I can fit over the ear head phones in the hood, I can also wear a thick crew neck sweat shit under the top and have some room for play.

this thing makes you sweat like crazy, it doesn't leak keeps all the heat in. making you sweat even more..Great quality too done 10+ miles of running and no rips tears or but the one sinch on the hood also came loose and doesn't stay tight and it slightly ripped in the belt line when I went to tie the pant ties..but overall great for the money!!!

In the first 5 minutes of my walk I felt the sweat! For me that was the winning factor as it’s hard for me to sweat during whatever physical activity I’m doing. Definitely an amazing item, I wish I would have went up in sizing for the pants but the jacket fit perfectly!
