I love this product! It is easy to use. Just make sure that you have your plug outlet, blanket cord positioned on the same side of your zipper access. That makes getting in and out easy. I love that it automatically cools down/ turns off after about an hour, because I fall into a blissful sleep. This sauna blanket is very well made and high quality. I also purchased the body towel. I use it to dry both myself and my sauna blanket off, then put it in the washer and get into the shower. Self care is the best care. This product supports my self care, health and wellbeing. It's pricey, but I save money by not having to go to the spa for this treatment.

I use this in my Heat Healer (zero EMF) sauna blanket as I read many reviews before chosing either the sauna or insert and this combo is so comforting! The HigerDose insert is thick, soft, and very absorbent. The whole experience is very therapeutic, calming, comforting, sweaty and like the best parts of visiting a spa. I don't usually splurge on self care but this is one time I have zero regrets and thoroughly look forward to my daily sessions. Highly recommend this insert with a sauna blanket!

Loved the towel just could not justify the price . Had to return it .

My sauna bag is my favorite thing and this liner makes it so much easier to get in. A must-have with your higher dose sauna bag.

So far my blanket is great and works just like described ‼️I love it 😍

I got this mainly because it has a sealed bottom, so I use it as a "bottom blanket" for my legs up to my waist when working at home during cold mornings. I don't turn on the heat because it would be a waste with just me in the house during the work day. This blanket is very soft and keeps me warm. It's not thick or stuffy, so it doesn't get in my way when I need to move around in my chair or when I need to remove it and put it back on.Since I'm not using this blanket as a towel insert for the sauna blanket, the $89.99 list price is rather expensive. If it was under $50, I would give it 5 stars.

This review is of the HigherDOSE Sauna Blanket Towel Insert - Reusable, Absorbent, and Machine-Washable Insert Towel for Sauna Blanket - 30 x 69 inches.I'm 5'11" and this is a perfect fit for me.It's not as soft as the softest towel I've ever used, but it is very absorbent and does what the ad claims.I don't like having to wear my sweatshirt and pants in my sauna blanket, but I needed to keep from having uncomfortable hotspots. The HigherDOSE insert solves this problem and is a LOT more freeing and comfortable. It's more absorbent than my sweatshirt and pants... and it's easy to wash.I think with a few washings it will become softer. At least that's what happened with an expensive towel that felt similar to this insert. Don't get me wrong, it's quite soft as it is, and I will use it no matter what. Again, much better than my current alternatives.I mentioned "snug", and I wanted to clarify what I meant. I usually like to breathe slowly & deeply and move a bit while in my sauna blanket. But I know other people who prefer the feeling of having a weighted blanket. I wrapped myself up tightly on my right side attempting to mimic that effect and I could see how others prefer the weighted/wrapped feeling.Take a second look at this one. I did some searching, and I didn't find one that I like better. They all had some negatives, e.g., smaller, didn't have the cotton/bamboo blend, etc. and I thought this was the better choice for the current price: $89.00.5 stars.
