Subtle but nice to have difference
These o-rings give the keys that you press a softer touch to them. You are left with the sound and feel of the switch with less of the keycap slam as the switch bottoms out. This leaves the keyboard to feel less vibrationally intense on the fingers, which in turn feel nicer when typing up essays or documents. The sound difference is very minor, but it is audible. The o-rings make it feel more muffled and more like a "thump" than the regular "tock." It's like there is a lower tone to the same bottoming out, and thus ends up being less audible. For the cheap price it offers and ability for you to put it on more than 1 keyboard, or more than 1 o ring per keycap, it's a good nice to have that I would definitely recommend trying out if you sit in front of a keyboard a lot. The features aren't many, but they're subtle and appreciated once you have them. (note they only work on (+) style keycaps. membrane, or logitech's romer-g switches will not work.)

Wasnt so sure, but now I am.
I haven't used orings on a mech keyboard before. I was a bit skeptical, but went for it anyway.I guess its about what you would expect out of such a thing, but here is where it got me:I was testing my keys as i was installing these and I thought, well ok, minimal difference, feels pretty good. It wasnt until i was done installing them, and walked away for a little while. I came back to use my PC and thats when it really hit me. The difference was more noticeable after coming back to actually use for the first time. The cushion is definitely noticeable, Still somewhat firm, but the real difference is the reduction of the "clack" when bottoming the keys out.Using on MX Speed (Silver) and works great. If anyone is wondering, you can double up and still have activation on the MX Speed, but not so much with a triple treatment.

About what you would expect
These work for what they are designed. Fit well on my Keychron C2 with brown switches. I wouldn't say they make the keyboard sound better but they do certainly lower the noise level a bit. This won't make the keyboard silent but brought it down to tolerable in my office setting. Too thick to double up on my keys though. Did not affect the feel of the switches when using one ring per key.

Clear era better for RGB keyboards
I used these clear O-Rings to allow the info on the keys to illuminate. For example: The Num keys have numbers at the top and functions at the bottom, i.e. Num 1 key has 1 on top and END at the bottom. The colored ones often block the LED from illuminating the bottom info and may partially block the top.

Works nicely on Logitech G915 TKL
I put these on my Logitech G915 TKL Linear/Red and it made it quieter and also a little less travel. Very nice, inexpensive upgrade (if that's your thing).

Best value rings for mechanical keyboard
I am not an expert on mechanical keyboards, but my two keyboards made relatively loud sounds (one is w/ brown switch and the other is w/ red). It might be due to my typing style - aggressively bottoming out w/ no reason... I have installed these to the red switch and it felt good (little bit muffed). However, I didn't like the typing feeling on the brown switched keyboard afte installing the rings - I removed the rings from the brown switched keyboard and figured out how to adjust my typing style... Installing/uninstalling was easy. For the wider keys (especially, backspace, return, and space bar), I have used double amounts to have similar feeling as a single key - not sure why I hit those keys more aggressively than others. Once you lay out your own preference (how many rings you would like to use on each key), it's time to play with your new toy. Happy typing!!!

If you’re into keyboards then I have some opinions for you.
TL;DRCreates a mushy feeling. Shortens travel distance. Does dampen the sound by a small amount. Not worth it for me, but could be for you.I put these o-rings in my keycaps and they do dampen the sound slightly, but they make the feel very mushy. These can change the feeling of pressing a key and they can shorten the travel distance. Shortening travel distance can be a plus or a minus. I wouldn’t be using them since they create this mushy feel. I recommend to go for more premium o-rings from reputable keyboard companies instead.

Adds comfort to mech keyboard!
The o-rings add a little comfort to avoid keys bottoming out. Used with Cherry Browns on a Ducky One Two full size and it just adds that little bit that makes the keyboard perfect.
