Plants were well packed, trimmed up and ready to plant. Everything was alive, green and looking good. Will purchase from this seller again.

Very happy with this product - it was shipped in excellent packaging, and the plant is in great condition right out of the gate. It's clear they had a high focus on customer service and satisfaction. Will be a returning customer for sure.I'd recommend the B2G1 offer be taken, I found them a little difficult to plant just due to their size, and broke a few. Nothing due to seller though, just the nature of the plant

Plants arrived in great condition , really strong root structure and well hydrated. Only complaint is they came with a lot of duckweed. I did my best to rinse it all out but that stuff is impossible to get ride of entirely so I’m afraid it will be in my tank forever now :(

Plants arrived in decent shape overall, nice green leaves, good roots. My concern is that the tops of many leaves were cut to give the plant uniform height (about 3-4”).The fact that the leaves were cut is disappointing, and I almost wonder if what I really got was young Vallisneria offshoots that were trimmed. Time will tell I guess.I would have preferred the leaves were left their natural length. Not sure there was any real need to cut them before shipping.

Always sending out the best most vibrant and heathy plants. I’ve bought at least 8 plants from them and never any problems. Grows very well with very little recovery time.

These arrived looking OK, but unfortunately dissolved into nothing in a few days. I bought some moss from the same seller and it's doing better.

Update: After one week only 3 of the plants survived, and one of those lost all its leaves but the roots are still white so I’m going to consider it still alive. $17 for 3 sickly plants and 7 dead ones. Yikes. To make matter worse, the seller will only refund if you have a picture of the plants in the unopened bag. The one where it’s inside another bag with condensation and impossible to see the difference between an alive and dying plant. I would avoid this gamble.I probably should have read the reviews better for this one instead of assuming I would be sent a quality product. The dwarf sag I received is 10 of the tiniest possible plants with roots cut to nubs and half of the plants are already rotting in the bag.I would never pay $17 for this. Avoid!

took a long time to get here, waited a few weeks but worth it. came in good shape, not sure how long it will last b/c it is for the fish tank so they can hide in it &eat it. has many roots on each plant so if fish don't eat it it may last a good while. very pleased. would order again.
