The cards can help avoid communication difficulties, or embarrassment, and encourage others to be more patient and understanding of your individual needs. The access cards are suited to people living with a huge variety of conditions. Each card contains a clear statement that the person wearing it has a hidden disability and a request for the reader to be patient. The lanyard is green with a silver clip, and a black safety release, designed to come apart if pulled on (and can be put back together easily for reuse). The cards are waterproof and have the same feel and measurements of a credit / store card - 85x55mm with rounded corners - meaning they can go in your purse / wallet for easy access if not being worn on the lanyard supplied. They are double sided with the same wording and design on both sides (so no worries if it flips over when you are wearing it!). Safety Warning -------------- Cord could cause suffocation.
