Great Little Contraption
I wasn't to sure of what I would be sent after reading the last review but I decided to risk it. There was no need to worry though as the item I received was the one being advertised. I have now used it a few times on my newborns so my technique is getting better.I am absolutely loving using this nasal aspirator. I think you get good value for money looking at similar items for sale which incidentally do not include 50 filters unlike this brand.

I bought this as the picture showed a Neils Med product but it is not what I received...very disappointed - I feel I have been duped.
