Instructions, needs instructions!
While I can basically figure out how to use these, some kind of guide on how to use these for what issues/results would be nice. Everyone's needs are different. These were a bit bulkier than I expected. I can't really say if these truly helped with my plantar fasciitis. I have used them and my condition has improved but it tends to do that anyway with time and conditioning in other ways. Regardless, they haven't hurt or worsened my condition so there's that. Price. I am really having a difficult time with product price points increasing so much and I'm reminding myself of this before I review items. However, these are plastic. Heavy duty plastic, but plastic nonetheless. There are no lights, electronics, wifi/smartphone capabilities, or battery operated bells and whistles of any kind. And there's no guarantee that these will help relieve/prevent anyone's condition, especially considering there are no guidelines on how to use these properly or at all. Having said that, $30 seems far too steep for what these are.

Very Sturdy
These have been extremely valuable for my knee rehab therapy. They have many different angles, from shallow to deep. Easily adjustable for your personal needs and simple to use. Sturdy and has not slipped during my use. Makes the progression of difficulty easy and subtle.

Gives your leg a stretch
I'm not real sure what to do with these as mine came with no instructions (which is why the one star removed). However, I did start with one piece and it stretched my leg a little so I went up to two and that gave me more of a stretch. I used two for about a week and then moved up to 3. I've pretty much stuck with 3, but every once in a while I go to 4. It seems to do what it is supposed to do.The construction is good, it is sturdy, the blocks hold together well, and it does stretch the muscles in the leg.I believe they are worth the money.

Good, but adhesive sticker grip at bottom was missing
These are nice slant boards that come in 6 adjustable pieces. Two pieces are supposed to have a grip on them, but only one of mine did, and the grip sticker for the other was stuck to the bottom of the box. So, I had to pull the sticker off the other one to make them even. Aside from that, they are very sturdy, and I like that it has six pieces -- enough to have two decent sized slants, one for each foot. Many other brands I've seen only sell one, so you either need to buy two, or just stretch one calf at a time. With these, I can stretch both calves at once and save time. And, although most people are probably using these to stretch calves or use for calf exercises, they will also help to realign your neck after you've been sitting at your computer all day. So, I have been keeping these under my desk, and every hour or two, I stretch my calves for a few minutes, and you can really feel your spine straighten up and your head feels lighter, and breathing is easier.

Very Adjustable
I got these blocks to keep in the corner of my office at work, as a reminder when I come in or out to stretch tight calves. I like that you can combine up to all 6 of them which gives tons of adjustability, they grip and stack really well and really help me stretch. The only thing I would say is the price is a little high for the end product; they work really great but they’re just basic foam blocks.

Big and sturdy
They were larger than I expected but that’s good, so my foot doesn’t slip off. They are solidly built and I expect them to last a long time!
