Smudging has always been a problem for me but this eyeliner is the best I have had. It did tend to smudge slightly on the upper eye socket but brushing a little compressed powder on before applying the liner seems to solve the problem

Q: Is black/brown written on the pencil ?

Yes and it comes in 4 colours .Blonde, soft brown soft black and dark brown. It’s my favourite as it’s a crayon and does not drag your eyeline

This isn't waterproof and it doesn't have a sharpener. It twists up so you don't need a sharpener.
