Product fit, but was faulty.
I’m not sure where the 8 5 star reviews came from. I bought this part because my old one was leaking oil on my alternator, causing that to go out. Obviously I didn’t know about this, or I’d have replaced it sooner. This part fit & controlled the leak, but the performance of my vehicle immediately went haywire!I couldn’t tell what I was wrong, every cylinder was showing a misfire code, my check engine light was blinking (never good) & a myriad of other codes being pulled.I replaced the coils, spark plugs, installed coil boots to no avail. Started thinking it was the crank shaft sensor, but there my old EVT solenoid back on just to troubleshoot & voila. Car ran like a champ, no codes at all but now I still have the leak. This part was faulty & I spent WAY more money & time not considering it was the brand new part I ordered here. Save yourself time & do not buy.

Complete disaster, did not function
Product was priced well and arrived quickly. All proper parts, install went well. Immediately had check engine light, traction control, and VTM-4 lights, engine sputtering, felt like trans slipping. Replaced with old solenoid using new gaskets (not new screen, mesh too fine) and all problems gone. Tested oil pressure sensor separately, no good. Look for Dorman or OEM parts instead.
