Excellent value. Great if you're looking for a way to add a little extra something to meal without any extra effort. I sprinkle some in all my canned soups, cup ramen, microwave meals, and just about everything I make on the stove as well.I haven't had any issues with freshness. It always comes well dried with the flavor intact, and stays the same down to the bottom of the bag. It's almost too easy to use, and I try to keep it in my kitchen at all times.

These have to be filed under things I didn't know I needed, but now can't live without. I am not sure how I happened upon these, but I am glad I did. I didn't realize how big the bag was going to be, but I am glad it is large.I have been on a miso soup kick. Keeping green onions in stock is not easy when you use them nearly daily. I took a chance on these based on reviews. The picture is a quick miso based soup with some ramen noodles, shiitake mushrooms, 1/4 cup of these green onions, and some fresh parsley. So simple, so good and I will buy another bag once my bag gets low.I portioned a good bit of them into a large mason jar and keep the jar near the oven for easy access. Now I need to look into dried mushrooms!

You get a lot for the price. Of course, fresh is better. You will have to rehydrate for some recipes. I primarily add green onions to the Korean dishes I make. It's great in cucumber kimchi.

It certainly is a large quantity of dried onions. However, we found the product to be weak in flavor compared to other higher priced dried spring onions from Amazon that we have used. The brand we prefer comes in a glass spice jar which is easier to store. Unfortunately it is slow to ship so we compromised by buying this brand. Won't do that again.
