Both kids can tolerate the flavor. One likes it fine, the other needs water to wash it down. I like that they are methylated. Easy to give my kids. Would buy them again

We absolutely love this. My daughter had a history to getting open sores and ulcers in her mouth for yrs thay no one could figure out the cause. I can across an medical article from the 1900s that said it could be a vitamin B deficiency. So I figured we would give this a try..... after a couple weeks of her taking it every night the ulcers stopped!!
