Urban Fuel Sport T5 BLK Food Supplements - 90 Capsules

I've been using different thermos/caffeine supplements and "pre-workouts" over the years, they always end up with me having stomach problems or horrible after taste for hours but not this one, easy to swallow, no aftertaste and definitely gives you a good kick. I just take three pills 20-30minute before workout and it works great. Combining this with "Test Booster Anabolic Fuel" from Epic Supplements and I can feel the fat burning off long time after I've finished my session. I'm fairly slim and muscular already but in just 4 weeks of combining these two products along with good diet (high fat low carb, no processed food/sugars) and 2-3 training sessions a week I went from 65kg to 62kg (I'm 5'6 tall)whilst building a lot of muscle so probably have lost around 8% bodyfat.

Have defiantly noticed more energy since using these and a drop in appetite. Helps me get through those 12 hr shifts and onto the cross-trainer when feeling lazy, some slight side effects if you dont consume the recommended water intake so make sure you stay hydrated. I have lost weight with the aid of these taking them 4 days a week, but i have been on the worlds most boring regime, they assist rather then do and so results are seen when used in conjuctuion with. I defiantly recommend them.

Unfortunately, these pills didn't work for me. First I took the recommended dosage, I was still my usual tiredness around lunch time, and still tired after the afternoon dosage. I even had coffee in the morning with the recommended dosage, and I really didn't feel extra energised at all. I even drank Red Bull & coffee with the pills, and though there was a little buzz, it didn't last for very long. Weight losing was not boosted by these pills. In fact, on a diet of 1000 calories (as a test) for 3 days on these pills, and 1 hour Zumba or Body Attack classes each day, I lost only 1kg - which is the same if I didn't take the pills. Over a week, overall loss was still 1 to 1.5kg. However, a lot of these weight losing pills don't work for me: Garcinia Cambogia, Green Tea/Raspberry Ketone/Coffee extra, - so I must needs something stronger.

Did not make any difference to me, but quickly delivery and good packaging - but no change and I eat and workout 4-5's per week with a low kcal intake

This product is not even worth one star. I can however sum this product up in one word "rotten". I have used t5's for years and tried this due to reviews and price. I now understand all reviews are fake as they got the product for free in ruturn writing a good review. Do not touch!!!

Within 15 minutes Of taking 3 capsules I felt more awake, comfortably warmer and even began to lightly sweat. No jitters or red face like some other fat burners. Have only just started taking them so I can't comment on weight loss but I'm not taking them to lose weight anyway. My kids don't like sleep which means my wife and I don't get to sleep much either. I find that weight loss pills give more of a kick than standard caffeine alone and already, these are working a treat.Last night was another 'no sleep' night as my kids are both ill at the moment so they lightly nap at best. Regardless of it being the next day on no sleep, I feel fine. I would definitely recommend these to anyone needing to stay alert for long periods of time. Just drink plenty of water and test your tolerance by taking 1 to begin with. I only went straight to 3 because I'm a caffeine junky and most ordinary supplements don't touch me.

I'm very happy with this product. My blood pressure is very low, I do not drink coffee so each day I'm feeling lack of energy. When I'm getting up in the morning I do not have any energy for any activities, so I decided to try these capsules. I bought it for my husband, who tried them and advised me to try them. So, in the morning after a breakfast I'm taking capsules,I'm going to the gym and after that I still have energy, I'm not sleepy, and I burn the body fat. I really recommend this product and want to advise that just taking only these capsules you will not achieve the desired result. You need to engage as well the sport and the proper nutrition.Good luck.

They are definitely helping me lose weight. Because I'm disabled, exercise is very light. But with a light healthy diet and the T5 black fat burners, I'm seeing positive changes in my body shape.
