Having never used something like this before, I wasn’t sure how it would be. Happily, the belt fits, is easy to adjust, and made a huge difference in my quality of life. I can now get through the day without severe pain; the belt is flexible enough to let me do whatever I need to do and isn’t obvious to the general public. I definitely plan to buy another so I can wear one while I launder the other. The only thing I would recommend to the manufacturer is to put a little more padding on the top of the side stays.I highly recommend this product!

This does a good job of keeping the hernia in place. Over all it is fairly comfortable except the edges of the belt dig into my hips a little bit and that is the only reason I did not give it five stars. I do like that the material it is made of does not absorb sweat.

Design:I found that the ribbing dug into my skin after a long day of wearing the belt. It did cause some discomfort and itchiness.

This is a really good support belt. The Velcro is much stronger and durable than that on a typical abdominal binder. I like the little hernia pads that were included. I have about a 30 inch waist and the SM fits me great. I even had room for a hot pack under it. Highly recommend.
