Rhodia4 Color Book 9 in. x 11 3/4 in. Orange

So the first time I ordered a notebook it came crumpled up and was unusable, I just got a refund and bought a new one. I don’t blame the company it was probably just a shipping thing. Then I order the notebook pictured to replace it, quad ruled with colored sections. They sent me a regular lined notebook and not a quad ruled which is especially disappointing because I was hoping to use the nice quad ruled paper for some important mechanical drawings and I can’t do much with what they sent me. Not interested in buying another, the product maybe fine but I’ve had bad experiences trying to purchase.

Sturdy, great quality. I use it for notes at work and the colors make it easy to identify different projects. No involuntary tearing of pages. The covers are flexible, and the notebook lays flat. Paper is lined wider than I like, but that is just a personal preference. I'm a fountain pen user of fine tip all the way to 1.5 calligraphy pens. I don't get bleed through or ghosting with this paper. I ordered the orange and also one in black. They wrapped the black notebook in bubble wrap, I assume to eliminate the scratched surface complaint I have read about in reviews. I have tried numerous Rhodia products and will continue to do so because of the quality of the paper and durability of the notebook.

I do not have a price in front of me; however, as for as the quality of the product, I believe it to be one of my favorite. It is a very high quality notebook with good design for organization by color coding. In my case, I can confirm that it is very fountain pen friendly, with virtually no bleed through or even ghosting. It is not a bargain-basement notebook with cheap paper, so you do have to pay more. For me, it was well worth the price.

Superb paper quality, spiral makes it nice to flip the pages around, and the side benefit of the excellent paper is that ink usage from pens drops dramatically because the paper isn't absorbing it like a sponge. If you're a heavy writer, Rhodia notebooks are the cat's meow.

Received lined paper instead of the graph shown. The front description flap was bent and wrinkled (possibly due to shipping), but the notebook is fine. I would have preferred the graph paper option, but the lined is okay. The paper is fabulous and I love writing in Rhodia!

I purchased the Rhodia 4 Color notebook specifically for writing with my fountain pen, and it has not disappointed! The pen glides over the satin finished paper like a dream, and is such a pleasure to write upon. The paper is smooth, and even the sharp fine tipped nib of my Montblanc did not catch on the paper, using Noodler's Bulletproof Black ink. There is also no feathering or bleeding, with just the slightest specter of writing on the other side of the paper, allowing me to write on both sides (a prerequisite, since the notebook is only 80 pgs).The set up of the paper is unique and very useful. The paper size is A4, meaning it is slightly larger than the standard 8.5"X11" in letter size paper, and for the margin, there are two lines set off at the top to write the date and title your notes, on both sides. I find this most helpful. The paper is white with the color border. The lines are wide, but not too wide.All in all, this notebook is excellent for fountain pen users. The paper is of excellent quality, and I can't say enough how much I love it.

One of the best notebooks I've ever used. Handles ink like a champ. I never have smears or smudges with this paper.

I love the heading section and the layout of this notebook. It helps me keep my days and weeks organized. Fountain pen does not bleed through.I have given several of these as gifts and they are greatly appreciated.

High quality paper, very little to no bleeding, soft touch paper that is excellent for taking notes and remaining organised. Rhodia isnt cheap but you get what you pay for with the quality.

The notebook doesn't have a square grid as shown in the picture, but just lines.
