Although I subscribe to Warwick's online platform and didn't think it was worth buying the book, being part way through the book, I have to say it is a must for anyone interested in Warwick's ideas as it ties everything together so well, is written in plain English and is a great aid memoire to help keep you focused on the why behind it all. A brilliant read

This is a very readable book with clear information, examples and explanations that are easy to understand. The chapters are well-laid out and can be read in their sequence or referred to as required. Warwick's philosophy of horse training by establishing connection and trust produces calm, confident, relaxed and reliable horses. It's a book to keep and read many times, and refer to when a refresher is needed.

Easy to read, with great examples. My professional background in human psychology and communication meant that so many of the principles were already known to me, but I had not considered them in the context of a human/horse relationship until now. The concepts are explained very clearly and actually work! My horse is now so much happier and I’ve realised my own mistakes/errors. Highly recommend this book!

I know I will come back to this book time and time again. It is full of practical wisdom, written with insight and understanding of both horses and humans . I started to put into practice Warwick’s suggestions right from the start and immediately could see them working . This book is for everyone who wants to understand their horse better and improve their connection, I highly recommend it!

Very pleased, generally, but since this was the hard-back version, it seemed like the paper/print quality was not the best

Warwick is a master at horsemanship. He helps you understand horses in a completely different way to how you are 'taught' at English riding schools. I wish there were more places that took this man's teachings.
