This product was recommended for use as a mouth tape during sleep. Mouth taping forces nose breathing vs open mouth breathing. Nose breathing at night eliminates dry mouth and snoring. You'll experience a deeper, more restful, regenerative sleep. You don't have to cover your entire mouth. A small strip placed vertically over the center of the lips is sufficient, calming fears of not being able to breath should your nose clog. It is quick to become accustomed to it, and it is easily removed in the morning. No pulling, skin damage, or irritation. I find it works very well.

I have overly sensitive skin and this silicone tape is the best I have ever used. It sticks better and longer than the paper tape I was having to use. Does not irritate my skin which has been a problem for me all my life. It’s a little more expensive than paper taper tape but well worth the extra cost.

Used it on my back to keep a liquid skin tag remover on a tag. replaced 2 times a day, so i wanted tape that wouldn't take my skin with it, and this tape was great.

Finally, tape the doesn’t make me itch, sting, burn and break out. My skin is very sensitive and I’m so glad I found this tape. Only missing one star because of cost.

I bought this tape to hold gauze in place over a wound. The first roll was absolutely amazing. However, the second roll seemed to be excessively adhesive on both sides instead of one. Made it impossible to use the second roll.

My skin is easily torn if the tape I use to hold a pad in place sticks well. It is frustrating to make a bigger wound/bruise removing a bandage then I started with. This occurs especially on my tricepts. This tape sticks, and can be repositioned if needed without tearing the skin, in my case.

Does a great job for a wound where bandage needs to be opened multiple times. This easily resecures itself. Only downside is it doesn't breathe.

I've used a lot of different tapes for mouth taping while I sleep, this has been the best so far. It doesn't leave residue nor dose it break out my skin. I like how I can tear off whatever size strip I need. I'll definitely buy this again!
