Great for the price, however it is super long for high jump.

Works well

These things are weirdly polarizing in my experience. I like bungee bars a lot because they're easy to adjust the height on for jumpers of different abilities and you don't have to put them back on after every time someone hits it. One of my fellow coaches doesn't like them though, and our athletes also seem split. In any case, this is a solid bungee bar. The only complaint I have is that they didn't do anything to prevent fraying on the elastic cord, which meant that mine arrived already starting to fray. Easily remedied with a few seconds over a lighter to melt the ends, but I feel like that's something they should have done in the first place.
