Good lamp and easy to fit, instructions could be clearer though for a complete novice.

Decent quality and would recommend. Only downside is that you have to be accurate with the fixings as there is no means of adjusting the lantern to ensure it is vertical.

Does what it says in the description. Easy to install, love the clips securing the glass. Solid & secure

Vague installation instructions. The time and lux adjuster screws are very soft plastic and stiff to turn so now the screwdriver slots are pretty chewed up. Still, it was pretty cheap and works OK.

Very good quality lamps-I purchased two for the front and rear doors of my bungalow and they are perfect in white to match the upvc doors and fittings.

Purchased this light, but the instructions are so bad I can't install it.

Bought to replace an ancient PIR lamp on my porch . Arrived ok but that's when the problems started .1) The instructions were a small piece of paper including a wiring diagram that was next to impossible to read . A slightly enlarged version is printed on the box but even that lacked necessary clarity .2) The connector block in my example had the earthing wire connected to a terminal block marked live . Any unenlightened user could be forgiven for connecting the mains into the vacant block marked live , rendering the body of the lamp live with 240 volt AC -LETHAL - saved only by an immediate violent trip at the consumer unit .3) luckily I had enough knowledge to detect this glaring error prior to instaling and worked out the required and correct connections. Disaster avoided . Others may not be so fortunate.4) No screws or rawplugs were included in my example despite being illustrated on the box.5) on the plus side , if by now you haven't electrecuted yourself or tripped your consumer unit , the lamp does work. One of two controls on the front adjust the lux ( at what level of fading light it operates ) and onother to adjust how long the light remains on.Summary ; This product needs clearer instructions. and better quality control. As supplied to me it was a lethal distaster waiting to happen . On the plus side it looks and works ok . Im.curious to it's durability and rain resistance but only time will tell. If your not competent with handling mains electricity, then, buyer beware .
