Very insightful, useful and easy read
You owe it to yourself. In a warm, calm and reasonable manner, she will guide you through everything you need to know about losing weight. At first I thought I didn't need his book because his videos are available for free. Boy, I was wrong! The book is beautifully designed and is of great help to us who are trying to navigate through the vast amount of information available. There is no quick fix given here, but a sensible guide to help us understand why the Standard American Diet (SAD) is a disaster for so many of us. . Cut those carbs and try intermittent fasting (IF)! Not only does it provide the latest research on FI and Metabolic Syndrome, but it also offers actionable, actionable meal plans and great recipes. This book became my reference when I wanted to learn more about “How It Works Now” and when I wanted to try a different (but not exotic or expensive) recipe. You will definitely want to have this book in your home library!

Love this book
has a knack for providing highly scientific information in a way that is easy to understand. This book has helped me a lot to understand how our bodies respond to the foods we eat and how to create a better nutrition plan for ourselves. I watch his videos and have been on a low carb/semi-keto diet for about 3 months now. Even though I have a stubborn metabolism, I still see results! I tried one of the recipes in this book (low carb bread) and was impressed! Seriously, I don't usually like to try recipes with unusual ingredients that I don't even know... this bread is very, very tasty. Now I will try the other recipes in this book, because I am sure they will be delicious! I hope you try too.

Well written, helpful
I greatly appreciated his knowledge, practical sense and friendly attitude. I'm completely new to keto but this is one of my favorites. When I was surprised to find out that she had released a book, I immediately bought it and I was delighted. It's a great tutorial, great recipes that seem simple to make with nice and clean ingredients. I can't wait to try some. I received the book last night and couldn't put it down. It will be very helpful. I found 16/8 intermittent fasting relatively easy for me, and between that time and cutting out sugar and most carbs, I lost 5 pounds pretty quickly and am a 61 year old woman, so that's very encouraging. I also started with berberine as she suggested.

Intermittent Fasting Works!
This is a great book on intermittent fasting. It is clear, concise and very easy to understand. I think it would be the perfect book to get started faster, especially. Also, the meal planning is very helpful and the recipes are easy and really good! I've used intermittent fasting in the past with great results, but during this pandemic, I've been disappointed. BUT, I bought the book and on the first day of January I started over. I prefer alternate fasting. It works better for me

Awesome book! Loss weight , lower Blood pressure, and feel better
This is by far the best book I've read on IF - very thorough, easy to read and implement. I also like this author's segments on You Tube. For anyone who wants to learn more about the benefits of fasting and working out to enjoy a healthy life through a simple and effective program.
