Works well. Sharp enough to cut triangles out of sweet potato. Thin, so be careful it doesn’t lose shape, but for the price, perfectly happy with it.

To be fair, a rhombus is a tricky cookie cutter shape, because the diamond has sharp acute-angle points, and I was working with a sticky mostaccioli dough. My dough gets stuck in the points of this cutter. Even if I freeze the dough before cutting, it is nearly impossible to use these cookie cutters -- I ended up just cutting the dough with a knife. But the recipe is written for rhombus cookie cutters and it's why I purchased these! I tried it twice, the second time with higher fiber content for a less-sticky dough, but these cookie cutters can't handle the only dough I've tried them on, even if the dough is frozen first: the dough sticks. Also, the rhombus shape was not perfect -- it got deformed as I used the cutter. Even the smallest, most rigid one got a little warped.

Does what I needed it to do! Great deal!

We ate at a very expensive restaurant in NY city. My crab cake was presented in an oval, not as a typical crab cake. Needless to say I was impressed and searched until I found something I could use to copy their presentation. These worked perfectly. I am going to do the same for individual meatloafs.

I bought these for making polymer clay coasters, and the metal is not sturdy. They quickly bent out of shape. The selection of sizes is really great.
