Nice book for tracking healthy habits
I bought this so I could track my meals, water intake, etc. Cute, thin and light so I can carry in purse or backpack. Plenty of space in pages for notes. Would recommend.

This book has plenty of room to record all my food and snacks. It also offers you space to track your water and caffeine consumption. You can record your exercise and moods as well. It is well worth the money if you are trying to change your relationship with food and improve your health.Oh, it also has a space for daily weight tracking.

Food Diary
After looking at so many food journals, I found the one that best suited what I was looking for. I needed to record my food and liquid intake for each meal. It also included other helpful information to achieve healthy weight goals. 3mos worth of recording. Good deal for the price.

Not a repeat purchase
I wanted to purchase to write down meals. I feel if I have to write and not just put meals:food into an app it makes me more aware of what I am eating. This does not give you much room to write meals in. I want to write what was actually in my meals instead of just writing meatloaf sandwich. I want to put used 1 slice bread. 1 slice of American cheese and how much of each condiment etc. At bottom of page it has what my mood was. Yes, this maybe good to look back and reflect if maybe I was sad and this caused me to eat more on a particular day but two lines? That could be smaller so I could have additional tool to write meals.There is also a place to write how to make tomorrow better. That should be on last page instead of everyday. How to make next week better after you review week..This was okay to use but will look at another planner for next time

Nice book
I am going through weight loss. My counselor thought this might help me. I can write down what I ate, how I am feeling, exercise, etc. The book is helping me

Exactly What Was Needed and No More
So many of the food trackers had columns for carbs, protein, fiber, calories, etc. I just wanted to record my food intake, water intake, and exercise. I also like the large size. So many trackers were too small for my preference. This one has places for sleep, how feeling, how to do better tomorrow, etc. I don't use those features. I wish it had a place for supplements/vitamins. Also, I wish it were spiral bound.
