Looks so creased, shame as it's a great coat.
Lovely coat, just a shame it turned up horribly creased, so gonna have to send it to the cleaners to get it steamed, this type of item should be sent in a clothes bag not folded to allow it to crease.

Poliester fabric need steamer ironing to remove the folding marks.Look smart and fit well in 18 sizes. If you have small arms chose one size under.
