Sun Moon [DVD]

I watched about 30 minutes of this and couldn't waste anymore time on it. Horrible acting, the main actress has a bad attitude complete with near continuous eye-rolls, and the entire story is unbelievable. Within the first ten minutes, it was clear this movie would be a dud.

I liked the movie, it was a great story. I thought it was really cute and I recommend it.

Finally, a unique story! A lot of romantic faith-based films have the same plot and the romance often feels forced. This is an interesting story of a woman who goes to Thailand to teach English. There is a romance, but it develops naturally, and the relationships between her and the students grows naturally as well.Someone else complained about the acting. It starts a little slow, and the first bit in the US does have some stilted acting. But once we get to Thailand, it's nuanced and we get strong performances from the leads and the students.Overall, this is a wholesome movie, and a sweet story about finding your purpose in life.
