Get on Optics ready S&W
3rd one. 2x for 380, and 1x for 30 SCAll need to be re-tapped as the original S&W hex head screw does not fit this plate. Threw one In the trash. Managed to get the 30 SC in, (how I realized you have to re tap the screw hole, Getting this one just cuz I can't find another to fit. I'm new at this, but learning fast!!!

Doesn't fit
Total waste of time fumbling with a product that does not fit. Only after I was stupid enough to try to slide it in place did I read the other reviews that said the same thing. Good thing Amazon allows this to be sold and advertised as being compatible.

Does not fit
This does not fit the S&W EZ 380…its too big! I should have paid attention to the previous feedbacks, but I thought I could get it to work. Will not fit EZ 380 or EZ 9mm. Returning.

Garbage
These are garbage. They do not fit the guns, you have to file the mount to get them to fit.

BEWAARE...Does not fit my M&P 380 EZ or the Holosun even though it's printed on it.
Does not fit my M&P .380 EA or the Holosun HS407K even though it's printed on it. Impossible to install.
