I’m a beginner to yoga. I recently started my journey and found I absolutely love it. I got the blocks to help with my form and better breathing. They stay in place while I steady my form and focus on my breathing. I didn’t want to but at first because I thought it would be silly or be too easy. I was so wrong! These blocks are great and not too expensive. I’m glad I bought them.

My daughter was diagnosed with scoliosis and he therapy recommended that with her this blocks for her exercise. We love it it works very well and soft.

They are foam blocks which give cushion when your sitting, kneeling or standing on them. They are sturdy and strong. Great value for my money.

Came wrapped in a band with a print out of different exercise you can do with the yoga bricks. I wasn’t expecting that! Nice surprise.

These are as described. Light green color is true to picture. No toxic smell. These have held up.
