Started taking this daily two weeks ago. Im a 56 year-old paralegal who has been working on a huge project with over 200 clients and I needed some extra help with my brain. I have taken lions mane tinctures before so I knew what it did for my brain fog. What I didn’t expect was how much energy I would have. I am also taking the liver cleanse from the same provider, so I’m not sure if it’s the Lions main or the liver cleanse or the combination of the two, but I put them in my tea every morning. I’m not sure why some people refuse to take it because they think it’s too sweet… Just drop it in something that you drink. Problem solved. You’ll still get the benefits. I would highly recommend both of these. I have never had so much energy than the last week it probably took a week of daily use before I really started noticing. I just take one dropper full every morning. If I need a little extra boost, I’ll take some in the afternoon, but I rarely have to do that now. My focus is much better. It’s so easy to just drop it in your morning OJ coffee tea or whatever you drink.

I have been a huge functional mushroom proponent for a few years now and have tried MANY brands. I keep coming back to this one because I know it works for me. I have purchased this one a couple of times as well as the Cordyceps and I like them both and have referred friends to try them too! I can tell that it has helped with my brain fog, and focus for sure. This will definitely be on my list of brands to buy for functional mushrooms!

I believe this to be a high-quality product, but it is much too sweet for us.

The reason this is a 3 star is because it may work, and my body is just the issue.I’ve taken the recommended dosage for my 6th time and every time, I’ve experienced some bad cramps, followed by diarrhea. I know that it is due to this product because after 5 consistent days, I stopped taking it for 3 days. I had the lions mane again this morning and ended back on the pot! After looking this up, it is possible for some people to be more sensitive to lions mane and having this as a side effect. I will note that I took lions mane years ago, in pill form from, “the genius brand” and had no issues with diarrhea. Not sure if it’s this brand or just me but now y’all know!
