Seems fine so far
Rope seems fine so far for the price, although the rope is not nylon. Was really wanting nylon for what I wanted to use it for. But nevertheless will give it a try and see how it goes.

I received the wrong size
I did not receive the proper size: I ordered 1/2” and received 3/8” line. I was disappointed as the price was compelling but in the end it was nowhere near the quality of line I purchase from local chandlery.

Great rope for tying up just about anything
I recently gave away a good amount of my rope, so I wanted to replenish my stock. I saw this 100-foot coil of 1/2" diameter nylon rope and ordered it right away. Nylon is one of the strongest materials for rope, plus it has superior shock resistance for long life. Although I don't have a boat any longer, I know that nylon is very good for tying up a boat to a dock, where its excellent shock resistance makes it ideal for coping with the movement of the boat due to wind and waves. It's UV-resistance and rot resistance make it great for this as well. And although nylon DOES lose some of its strength when wet, that loss is rather slight, so nylon can even be used for anchor lines or any other wet use without issues. As I said, I no longer have a boat, but that doesn't mean that I don't have a use for rope. Mainly I use it when a hurricane is forecast to securely tie down outdoor furniture and other items. Also, although my boat is gone we still have a dock, and I use rope to keep chairs tied down out there when we are not using them so they don't get blown into the water since it's quite windy much of the time. The 1/2" diameter is an excellent size: not too big, but not too small either - just right for most uses. The ends of this coil came with tape wrapped around them to prevent unravelling. I prefer to cauterize rope ends, so a quick hit with a butane torch on each end sealed these up nicely.

Good for the price but watch out for unboxing
Decent rope for the price. Twisted too tightly in the packaging so get ready for a jack in the box and 30minutes of untangling when unboxing. Untwists extremely easily.

Not nylon and not suitable for sun exposure
I use this rope on my dock so it is exposed to the hot Florida sun. It is turning to dust slowly and is obviously not Nylon nor UV treated. I have much older real Nylon rope that is working fine but wanted something for a new floating dock. It lasts a year or two tops.

Robust Nylon Rope, Soft Quality
This is really robust nylon rope! Somehow it remains soft to the touch, as it's not stiff nor abrasive on the hands. Be sure to tape or melt the ends so it doesn't unwind. I'm not sure what the load rating for this product is, as they did not specify. But, I imagine that if this were tied and strung properly, this might be adequate for as much as a porch swing. But of course you could use it for utility, to tether items around the yard, or as robust tie-downs in general. It's white color and subtle softness would make it a nice option for craft projects too!

Doesn't stand up to sun exposure / outdoors
I bought this in January to use to tie down the fenders on my boat. In less than a year the rope is completely disintegrating in the sun. It is fraying all along its length, and if bumped or moved clouds of white dust come off of it. Might be fine for other uses, but not for outdoors. Completely avoid for marine use! I need to replace now before my fenders fall off...
