Arch support is not what it should be for my foot. Personally do not like them. A waste of money in my case.

The high arch felt great,but sending back because the nylon lining on top separated from the foam on the first day

These seem good quality. They feel firm but have the gel type give to them. They fit firmly in the boots I’m using them in. They provide good support and are comfortable.

Nice insoles. The foot/arch support is adequate for my daily work & walk shoes. I needed to trim it since my shoes are slightly narrower.

I spent many years walking different than I did previously and different than I should have because of a knee that was worn out and being told by a surgeon that I couldn’t handle the replacement. Finally finding a surgeon that would replace my knee and I would be walking the day after surgery without assistance. However, years of walking on a leg getting shorter and shorter, did the damage to my foot which had now lost almost all of the arch.Finding these insoles which indicated “High Arch”, I thought might be too much to start but if it was, I could work up to them. My shoes, a new pair of NB size 12, were easy to remove the factory insole and replace it with these which were an exact size replacement. Initial feel was definitely different, not uncomfortable, just different. After five minutes of wearing them, they were completely comfortable, as they still were after wearing them all day, walking and going places. Better than expected, I am completely satisfied.

I replace the insoles the come with my shoes all the time. I've got flat feet and cushioned insoles really help provide extra support that I can feel all the way up to my hips, especially when I am running, playing basketball, or on my feet for long stretches. These are soft and supportive though I think they are a little stiff and the arches are a little too high for to use for sports--I plan to use these in my everyday shoes. They feel well-made. I wear size 11 1/2 or 12 for most shoe brands and size XL insoles slid right into my shoes and fit perfectly.
