i love making bread, pizza, pitta bread, baguettes..... but cleaning dough off bowls, utensils, hands, has been annoying, to put it mildly. ordinary cleaning cloths and wash-up cloths get dough on them, and it's a nightmare to get rid of - even if you put them in the washing machine. this cleaned everything - including me - easily, no fuss and it was itself easy to clean, so lots of baking joy, little to no baking irritations. although they are expensive, and becoming trickly to find, - mine came in from germany - well worth the cost and a little wait.
