I finally installed my 11 ft replacement on to the frame after ordering it about a month ago. The quality is very good; I believe the material might even be a bit heavier than my original, which lasted 5-6 yrs outside.No one mentions installation: My top cap on the umbrella had a small bolt inside and screwed-off.The new umbrella had about a 3/8" hole, which fit the bolt nicely. I screwed the top back on, stretched the panels over my 64" ribs, which was easy. I'm very happy that I did not need to get a whole new umbrella.

Will not fit umbrella frame. Measured twice and counted ribs too. ONLY after ordering, it stated I could not return. Expensive purchase for something I cannot use. Complete waste of money!

Looks fantastic. Fits perfectly. I had to unstitch the top opening to fit over the ribs - the previous cover had a nice velcro closure to allow space to slide up the umbrella - I unstitched a few inches and placed velcro on it. I could have exchanged it but I needed it sooner than later. Looks great. Works well!
