This Treadmill came Plug and Play with top quality manufacturing and design while also going for a reasonable price. This is perfect if you are working from home and have a standup desk. It is very easy to use and is quiet while still having a max speed of 4 mph which is fast enough for walking at a brisk pace while you check your emails or log into a meeting. I bought the one that had additional shock absorbers and highly recommend it as it’s only a bit more expensive than the base model.It’s also compact and versatile enough to store under a couch or bed when not in use—which I find very beneficial.I could not be more satisfied with the product overall and will recommend it to anyone including family and friends.

I had high hopes for this and ordered it because a) many good reviews, b) it said in the description it goes up to 5.0 (which would be a slow jog but at least a jog) and C) it was one of the only walking pads that had an option to ship to my PO box. That should have been a red flag. It got lost in shipping. To amazon's credit they offered refund or replacement when it became evident it was lost. I opted for refund due to lack of confidence a replacement would arrive. Amazon Customer Support said I could keep the item if it arrived, do not return. So, when it arrived yesterday, I figured it was worth a try. Pros: This thing was possible for me to lift and move by myself . It' s compact and easy to store, setup out of the box was a breeze, the remote works well and it's quiet when its running and there's no weight on it. Cons: When t's being used it's LOUD LOUD LOUD. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE / CUSTOMER SUPPORT AVAILABLE. Manual says its' pre-oiled, however, troubleshooting suggestion in manual for loud noise is to oil it. Done, didn't help. Belt adjusted, no improvement. Cant' find any suggested fixes online. Also note the speed is only 4.0 despite the item description being 5.0. Since I got a refund and am not out any money I'll just write this review and move on. But I would be MAD if I had paid for this (which was the original plan), intended to use it, could not find a fix via customer support and had to pay to return it. Really poor user experience and I would hate for other customers to end up with a noisy unit they can't resell bc the quality is junk , and it costs too much to return. Skip this and pay a more for a better quality item.

So this product is exactly what I was looking for and I was surprised with how well it worked and how easy it was to use. I was a little hesitant that it'd work as well as it does, but it really does work really well. It's very easy to move around as long as you wheel it with the two front wheels. I have been using it with in my small home office with a stand up desk that I purchased online while I work from home. I was worried that it'd be hard to work and walk at the same time but it's actually quite easy and I can keep up a pretty good speed on the treadmill at the same time. And I"m extremely clumsy and someone who doesn't do great with things like this so if I can do it anyone can! It's great if you want to get in some extra steps during the day and get yourself up from the seated position. I live in Michigan too so I will definitely be using it during the winter when I can't get outside nearly as much. I think I will also be trying it out in my living room while watching TV because it's pretty easy to move and you can really just get in extra steps at any time. For the price it's a must buy! Also, I bought the one with the grip on the bottom and I do think that helps it to stay put.

Love the walking pad. No assembly necessary just pull it out of box plug it in and start walking. It is compact and fits under a bed or table and easy to put away. It occupies a small amount of space for efficient use in any room. Great for gloomy days outside or no desire to go to gym, just whip out the walking pad and start walking. I would recommend this product for easy to use, great for small space, and a good price. Cons: the cord is too short it needs to a lengthened, so you won't be so close to the wall.
