Confessions of a Working Girl

It's difficult to decide between 3 and 4 stars
First off, right from the first chapter, something about the author got me to loathe her character. Judging by the nature of this book, I wouldn't have thought this to be one of its goals; she seems to have exactly the kind of mentality that would make sex work an easier profession, when, as she points out- it is not. The chapters are generally short and readable- written in a chatty, informal manner, which makes the book seem all the more light-hearted instead of the obvious response. Unlike some reviewers, I do not think that this book is a 'waste of time'- it can be quite informative (obviously with a pinch of salt). That being said, it is quite graphic.

Fab read!
Loved this book from the second I picked it up. Miss S. writes in a fine free flowing fashion which entertains and paints pictures. She opened my eyes to the "workings" of a working girl!. I wish I had got this book for going on holiday, although with some of the words contained in the book, I may have needed to hide under a beach towel to read it to conceal what I was engrossed in!! For the 99p or something I paid, this book lasted a long time and I'm at a loss now that its finished....oh well, on to another I suppose. I have given it five stars and in my opinion, it's well deserved. If you like a little mixture of sex, fun, seriousness and an insight to men who use brothels then click the "buy" button.

Read this on holiday so was looking for some easy of which it is
Read this on holiday so was looking for some easy of which it is. Plot line is okay and character building is attempted. Not too erotic when compared to other books of it's genre, more factual story about a subject that happens to be adult. Easy read that won't take you long to get through and will make you smile from time to time.

Easy and enjoyable to read
A very easy read, fascinating to learn about and all the better for being a real story. I'm so glad it's been written down for people to enjoy

Interesting, entertaining and worth the read
I was a bit sceptical about reading this, but after a week of not being able to stop thinking about it, I gave in and bought the book. I absolutely loved it, and found it really fascinating. I couldn't stop reading it and definitely couldn't put the book down. Strangely, theres a few things about the author's character that I could relate to. It totally changed my mind about working girls and prostitute. I am now reading the sequel to it and that's just as good as this.

I enjoyed the other side of the story
I enjoyed the other side of the story. The media portrays working girls as drug addicts or sex slaves who have been abducted from far off lands. Miss S was none of these, she described how she has a high sex drive, so what better way to be employed. This book was written with much honesty and humor.
