I have been taking these vitamins for a few months now. They seem to be keeping my vision staying the same. I went in for my yearly eye appointment and there was no change, even though I have a medical condition that can effect my vision. I'm hoping at my next appointment that maybe there might even be some improvement. I would definitely recommend this supplement.

I took this for two days and it made me sick. If you are diabetic, prediabetic, thyroid issues, kidney or liver issues DO NOT TAKE!!! Make sure to research ALL ingredients and their side effects, specifically Bilberry, Eyebright, and Zeaxanthin. Overall, the vitamin came in a sealed container, and the tablets were easily swallowed.
