It's simple presentation and overall functionality are its main characteristics. It is present without imposing nor distracting the focus of the assembled groups from the topic or theme. Great buy...would recommend.

Contrary to the shortcomings that others have mentioned (and likely imagined), this has got to be the best portable lectern I've ever owned. Assembly was a breeze...took maybe 10 minutes tops. The resulting product not only looks good, but does the job. Plenty strong enough to hold my bible and other paperwork during the course of a wedding, funeral, or revival, and shrinks down small enough to fit in the trunk of the car. Height? No problem...I'm 6'-1", and the work surface rises high enough to see my work without squinting. I recommend it without reservation. A+

I bought this for an annual presentation that I do every year. It seems a shame not to use it the other 364 days of the year, so I keep it in my office and use it for reading books. It is perfect if your back gets sore after long periods of sitting. The height is fully adjustable, and it is very solid. I wish I had thought of it years sooner.
