I have a tele that came from the factory with the Clapton boost. Will the schematic include a two pot setup?

the strat kit is only for strat, they make a tele boost kit for tele's 2 knob.

What are the dimenstions of the circuit board?

I have a Strat with bathtub pickup cavity and it fits right between the two Lace Sensor pickups.

Does a conventional strat body need to be routed out to fit the pcb board and 9 volt battery?

No. You do NOT need to modify the body at all. Just installed this in a Fender Mexican strat without making any body modifications.
