Hey Meta, You Nailed It! Futuristic Style Meets Everyday Function
I wasn’t sure what to expect from a pair of smart glasses, but the Meta Wayfarer by Ray-Ban completely exceeded my expectations. At first glance, they look like classic Ray-Ban Wayfarers—sleek, lightweight, and stylish. But it’s what’s embedded inside that truly sets them apart. The built-in camera and open-ear audio are standout features. I love being able to capture point-of-view photos and videos hands-free, whether I’m hiking, cooking, or playing with my kids. The voice command integration with Meta AI is responsive and surprisingly intuitive. Music and calls sound clear, even in mildly noisy environments, and I can still hear what’s going on around me.Battery life is decent for casual daily use, and the included charging case is compact and functional. While privacy and occasional connection glitches are something to be mindful of, these glasses offer an exciting glimpse into how wearable tech can become seamlessly part of everyday life.If you're looking for a stylish entry point into the world of smart wearables, this is a solid investment. Fashion meets function in the best possible way.

Stylish and Comfortable, But the Fit Could Be Improved
The glasses have that classic Ray-Ban style that looks great with just about any outfit. The lenses are high quality, and they offer great clarity and protection, making them perfect for everyday wear. The build of the frames feels sturdy and durable, which is what you would expect from Ray-Ban. The fit is comfortable for the most part, but I do find that they feel a little tight around my temples after wearing them for a few hours. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind if you have a wider face or prefer a looser fit.The Meta functionality, which is integrated into the glasses, is a cool feature, but I found the setup process a little tricky at first. Once I figured it out, it was smooth sailing, and it’s a fun addition to the glasses.

Amazing out of the gate
So much to do with AI and yet I would say it’s the least functional component out of the gate. Camera at your fingertips is amazing, or you can just ask meta to take a picture or video! Next best feature is the headphones that do not look like headphones because they are on your normal looking sunglasses, plus very safe as it does not plug up your ears. Yes, there is AI and a different way of feeding it information than you get elsewhere because it looks at what is in front of you and listens to what you say, instead of the keyboard prompts most of us have played with on our computers. All of this in an amazingly small and comfortable form factor. I doubt anyone will get the screaming deal I got, just $150 after a $90 Amazon credit, that is barely more than a pair of Ray Ban Wayfarer sunglasses, but I would still recommend these glasses for anyone looking to take amazing photos on the fly, or take a step into our future with something that works, and looks normal. I have not had the chance to try live translation, but it is the Star Trek universal translator especially if both individuals are wearing the glasses.Wish list for the next Orion glasses, please see if you can use our rings and watches for tracking purposes, a virtual keyboard that displays on any surface in front of us would be a killer (maybe emanating from a puck if needed), and find a way to connect with some basic office features like calendar, email, word processing, and spreadsheets.

WORST GLASSES EVER - WONT WORK IN FOREIGN COUNTRY
I bought these glasses for the live translation feature of them. I live in Colombia, and after paying an extra $125 in import taxes and $150 for prescription lenses, they worked for a month and shutdown. NOTHING WORKS except the camera. The features you buy the glasses for, Live AI and translation now say, "THE FEATURE IS NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR REGION." So if you buy the glasses because you are travelling and wanted to use live translation, you have just bought a very expensive camera that CANNOT connect to the internet, WILL NOT TRANSLATE or be able to use LIVE AI. It is not something that you can change in the settings, and Rayban support is NO HELP.
