Purchased item as wanted something extra sturdy with handrails for safety. Ladders are perfect and felt completely at ease climbing them (I panic when climbing ladders, but with the added safety of hand rails, was able to climb with ease, without the fear of falling). The ladders are quite heavy (which isn’t a bad thing), the tray is a perfect addition…. was perfect as was able to hold all relevant tools needed for the job, and also a paint tray (no up and down ladders several times to reload a paintbrush/roller).We personally would recommend these ladders, as functionality and Stability was the whole reason we purchased them.I will add, opening for the first time was a little tricky, but once getting used to how they open/close, there were no further issues.

This small but very sturdy step ladder is ideal for me . I have found it to be a very handy tool when I need more height around the house or in the garden. I am 90 years of age but find that I can move it around my home with reasonable ease. It also folds up nicely.

Sturdy set of step ladders. Steel - not aluminium, so a bit heavier than normal. Easy to assemble. Safe to work on - steady on feet, no wobbles! Rungs very wide and nonslip, handles on sides and across top. large tray for tools, screws, etc. If you have lost a bit of confidence working at height (like me - fell off a ladder and shattered my ankle), these are a good buy, especially if on discount..

Purchased this ladder for my parents, they absolutely love it, it is extremely sturdy and safe especially if your balance isn’t great it is on the heavier side but that helps as no one wants a light ladder especially when working at a height, brilliant value for money and easy to store away when not in use

Well worth the value really pleased with item, as said in other reviews not the lightest step ladders but very steady. Our ceiling is 10 foot from the floor and until these felt unsafe just changing a light bulb. The handrails really make a difference of how one feels. I am a heavy person and even climbing one step can feel unsafe on normal step ladders but not with these, so yes really worth it and the tray to put a drill or paint can really clever. So yes really pleased with item van recommend and in my opinion at a very fair price, I am 61 year old, 22 stone and don't really feel safe climbing any ladders but these I feel a lot safer so glad I brought them.

I guess time will tell about the product quality but for now I am very happy. Quality seems really good and functionality is also great. It is very stable and easy to use, very comfortable to use, no matter how you stand or sit on its very comfortable and stable- everything you may want from a ladder.
