DL822N T5 HO 2Ft 2 Fluorescent Lamps Grow Lighting System with 5000 Lumens and 6500K Full Spectrum and Low Profile 7" Wide Reflector

I watched a YouTube video by MIGardner and he said to use at least 5,000 lumen and I combined these with some spider arm uv lights on the sides. Plants seems to reach for this light more than the side uv lights. I bought another one to expand my little the indoor garden.

I own a 4 bulb 24” version of this lamp and I wish I had just payed a bit extra and purchased 3 of these 2 bulb version lamps. The aluminum body is riveted and a slightly heavier gauge than the larger 4 bulb lamp. The 4 bulb is fitted together with tabs and Philips screws, and feels all around a bit flimsy but it still works great which is all I typically care about. I use these for under hood aquarium lighting and with a few slight modifications. The ballast seems to be a good brand and quality the sockets rotate easily and are also high quality. All the wires used are of quality gauge copper. I am all around very impressed for a $40 lamp that comes with bulbs. Will buy again in the future.

Really great for our grow tent. Lights are bright and don't overheat, mushrooms are growing really well after setting these up.

Bought two, had trouble with one, the light socket sink wouldn't snug fit and one bulb didn't work. The other one is perfect. But I recommend the 16 bulb Durolux version to these for the cost. All great deals per fixtures and bulbs

These lights do what they promise. They came well boxed and undamaged, were easy to install and have worked reliably for about six weeks now. I have them on a timer, running 14 hours a day. The reflector is a great feature, especially for the prices. I'm about to buy three more!

It's ok for now. I will update probably after three months with a more accurate review. But for now my first impression is that it's just alright. I feel like the photos have been doctored because the bulbs are extremely small and not nearly as large as they look in the pictures. It seems to in fact be a cool blue light which is what I wanted. Now we wait and see for long-term results.Edit: 6 week update. It blew the breaker and I had to find the breaker switches in the dark. All because it swayed the tiniest little bit while hanging. The design is horrible but it works as intended. I have set it on top of a wire shelf and don't even bother with the hanging chain anymore. It's just a terrible design and it sparked really bad and almost burned through the metal. It smelled pretty bad and the chain was blackened at the slightest swaying of the light fixture. Do not recommend if you have kids running around the house with vibrations or are in an earthquake zone.

One little design flaw made this entire assembly a fire hazard, you need to insert a piece of foam between the switch and the chassis of the fixture.I have 3 of these and I really like them. I have 2 over 10 gallons, and 1 over a 20 gallon long.

Well made, excellent product.

fast delivery. Love its brightness, lightweight, easy installation. But one thing I don't like is the small hooks are easy to drop down inside while I am trying to hang it up. but no way to take it out. I dropped 2- 3 hooks inside on the top of the fixture. Unable to take them out. :( Finally, I have to use my own coper to hang it.Rather than that, I love it.

Love this grow light so much that I bought a second one. The first one has helped me germinate my tomato seeds for this season and the second is being used for a couple of cacti and a basil plant. They are cute and functional! These lights come very carefully packed and the two fluorescent light bulbs are in very thick cardboard tubes. The lights have two chains each that allow for the altering of hanging height. Very happy with my purchases!

This is a nice two bulb lamp. Light weight and has a very effective reflective surface. However, the S-hook and chain system for hanging is not robust and is awkward to adjust. It is not easily adaptable to a pulley system.

The S hooks are a poor design so I wound electrical tape around them after installing to prevent them from slipping out when adjusting the light. Otherwise a really nice light for the money. Really good reflector makes a wide lighted area.
